Jeff Albrecht
Jeff grew up in the Dalles and now lives in Damascus with his lovely wife, two children and two spoiled dogs. Jeff is most proud of his children and of being a veteran of the United States Army. He has been a home inspector for over 10 years performing over 2000 home inspections. His work history includes commercial and industrial roofer for 16 years. His favorite job is being a Dad.
He and his family enjoy outdoor activies, from hunting and camping to crabbing at the coast. They couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
Dale O'Neil
Dale was born in Portland and raised in Clackamas, OR. He has three wonderful grown children whom he loves spending time with camping, hiking or playing golf. He is a huge dog lover, as you can tell by his sidekick, Crash, in the picture. Dale has been a home inspector for over 20 years performing over 6000 home inspections. Dale started O'Neil Home Inspections in 2014 with the vision of providing a strong family oriented company where we make decisions as a team. His personal philosophy is to always give 110% in life and that carries over to his business ownership philosophies as well.

Steve Ratcliffe - Retired
Steve was born in San Diego, CA and raised in Klamath Falls. He traded his surf board for a pair of skis and never looked back. He settled in Portland in 1978, met his wife and raised their children in NW Portland. He began working in construction and electrical wholesale until he became a Certified Home Inspector in 1998 and has completed over 6600 home inspections in his 17 year career. Steve and his wife relocated to beautiful Sisters, OR in January, 2015.

Caryn Strutz - Office Manager
Caryn was born in Portland, Oregon and moved to Washington from middle school through high school. She settled back in Portland in the mid 90's where she met her husband, Jeff. Caryn and Jeff live in the home he grew up in, in SE Portland with their youngest daughter, five dogs and a turtle. Their son and oldest daughter live on their own in the Portland area. Caryn has worked in customer service most of her career and loves helping others. She stays busy between running the office, crafts, hanging out with her grandson and vacationing with friends and family.
